Do you offer any additional cardigan colors?
At this time, we only offer black. We look forward to releasing new colors in Spring 2021.
Do you offer any additional cardigan sizes?
Currently we offer two sizes – Small/Medium and Large/Extra Large. With our relaxed fit design and stretch fabric, these two sizes fit most. As we continue to grow, we will be able to offer additional sizes.
What if I am between sizes? Which size should I get?
Great question! This depends on personal preference. If you like a more snug fit, size down. If you like your clothes to be more relaxed, size up. Bonus about sizing up, it’ll be easier to wear your cardigan in more ways!
How do I care for my Evolution Cardigan?
Wash with like colors in cold water. We suggest laying it flat to dry but can be placed in the dryer on low heat.
Why is the female snap on the outside of the cardigan tail?
When fastening the tail snaps together we wanted the fabric to lay as flat as possible, the same as a button up shirt or snap button jacket. To do so, we placed the female side on the outside.
Where do you ship?
We use USPS to ship to the U.S, Canada, and most international countries.
When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving the order. We will email you confirmation of shipment and include tracking information as provided by USPS.
When will my order arrive?
For orders within the US, please allow 5 business days for delivery. For international orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
What if I list the incorrect address?
Elesk Apparel is not responsible for return shipping if the customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering it in the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and correct postal code.
What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit?
Once parcels are collected by USPS from our office, they are the property of the United States Postal Service. Elesk Apparel is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. If your order is lost or damaged, contact us! We will help as much as possible to make things right!
