Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We offer a full refund on returns provided you notify us of your intent to return the item(s) within 21 days of your order’s shipped date. Exceptions apply to final sale items, which are non-returnable/non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

In order to be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be in new condition – not be worn, washed, or damaged. If the item(s) is not in its original condition (i.e. visibly worn, stains, odors, damaged, etc.) you will be responsible for the loss in value, and not eligible for a refund. The item(s) will be shipped back to you at your cost, upon your request.

All shipping costs and charges associated with your order are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT: Please do not send your package C.O.D. It will automatically be rejected.

After 21 days, if you do not request a return, your sale is final.

We do not accept returns outside of our Return Policy. However, in special circumstances, when an exception to a return outside of the policy is made, we will apply a $15.00 restocking fee per return.

 

 

Exchange Policy

Ship Us Your Item(s)

Ship back the item(s) within 21 days of your order’s shipped date. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, fees, and duties, with no reimbursement of any kind from Elesk Apparel. Any duties or brokerage fees allocated will be withheld from the refund. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

IMPORTANT: Since we’re a small fashion company, cycling our inventory is crucial. Any returns postmarked beyond 21 days of your order’s shipping date your order will be non-returnable and will be sent back to you at your expense, upon your request.

Receipt of Item(s)

Once we receive your return, please allow 1-3 business days for inspection and processing. Once processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return/exchange and if your refund/exchange request has been approved. 

If your return is approved, we’ll refund your item or order to your original payment method on file excluding any outbound shipping fees which are non-refundable. Generally, it takes 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If your exchange is approved, we’ll send an invoice for the updated shipping charges. Once the updated shipping charges have been paidwe will ship your exchanged order and send an email with updated tracking information.
