What if I am between sizes? Which size should I get?

Great question! The Evolution Cardigan is designed to be drapey and we recommend staying with your typical size. However if you are caught in between sizes, let your personal preference guide you. If you like a more snug fit, size down. If you like your clothes to be more relaxed, size up.

Do you offer any additional cardigan sizes?

Currently we offer two sizes – Small/Medium and Large/Extra Large. With our relaxed fit design and 4 way stretch fabric, these two sizes fit most. As we continue to grow, we will be able to offer additional sizes.

How do I care for my Evolution Cardigan?

Washing: Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle in cold water.

Drying: Air dry by laying flat. If using a dryer, tumble dry on a low, gentle setting.

Ironing: Bamboo fabrics rarely need ironing, but if necessary, use a cool iron or a steamer. Avoid high heat.

Avoid Fabric Softeners: Bamboo fibers are naturally soft, so fabric softeners aren't needed and may actually damage the fabric.

Storage: Fold and store flat to prevent stretching. Avoid hanging as bamboo fabric can lose shape when hung for extended periods.

Do you offer any additional cardigan colors?

At this time, we only offer black. As our business continues to grow, we look forward to releasing additional colors in the future.

Why is the female snap on the outside of the cardigan tail?

When fastening the tail snaps together we wanted the fabric to lay as flat as possible, the same as a button up shirt or snap button jacket. To do so, we placed the female side on the outside.

Where do you ship?

We use USPS to ship to the U.S, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Ireland, New Zealand, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Please note, we ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and do not collect any taxes or customs fees. The customer is responsible for any and all international duties, customs, and taxes or any other related charges. Please check with your local post office ahead of time regarding any fees associated with receiving your package before you place an order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Ireland, New Zealand, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 4 business days. We will email you a confirmation of shipment and include tracking information as provided by the carrier.

When will my order arrive?

For orders within the US, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery once the item has shipped. For international orders, please allow 6-18 business days for delivery once the item has shipped.

What if I list the incorrect address?

Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering the information at checkout. This includes your apartment number and correct postal code. If you notice an error, contact us ASAP and we will do everything we can to get your order to it's correct destination.

What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit?

Once an order is handed over to the USPS (or the carrier) it is the property of the United States Postal Service (or the carrier). If your order is lost or damaged, contact us
