Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
US Orders
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 30 days from the day your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days from the day your order was delivered and your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@eleskapparel.com. Please include: Your order # or the email address used to place the order and details of the item you wish to return.
We’ll respond within 3 business days with instructions.
International Orders
All international orders are final sale and we do not accept returns.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. We do not accept returns outside of our Return Policy. However, in special circumstances, when an exception to a return outside of the policy is made, we will apply a $15.00 restocking fee per return.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and inform you of the status of your refund request. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund request is approved, your refund will be applied to the original form of payment. Kindly allow up to 10 business days for the refund to post to your account. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund after it has been initiated.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 30 days of delivery if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make things right!
